Elevator Malfunction
In case of an unexpected elevator stoppage, it’s crucial to remain calm. Utilize the hands-free phone located on the front elevator panel and press the designated button. This will connect you to our 24/7 answering service, who will promptly reach out to the appropriate responder.
During a power outage, the elevators will continue operating using our emergency power generator. If an outage occurs, the elevator lights will remain on, while the car temporarily stops moving. Each elevator will automatically return to the lobby, their doors will open, and they will remain inactive until power is restored.
IN THE EVENT OF A FIRE, ELEVATORS MUST NOT BE USED FOR EVACUATION. USE STAIRWELLS.
