In the event you require a contractor to perform work within your suite:
- 2050 Main Street Management Office needs to be notified of the work and the name of the contractor.
- The contractor will be required to provide a Certificate of Insurance as outlined in the Forms Section of this handbook.
- Each tenant will be responsible for providing access to a contractor and all will be required to comply with the Rules and Regulations for Contractors at 2050 Main Street.
