Business License

  • A business license is required of all tenants. The business license division of the city of Irvine is located at 1 Civic Center Plaza, Irvine, CA and is open to provide service to you from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM Monday through Friday, alternate Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The telephone number is (949) 724-6000.

Insurance

  • All tenants are required to provide the Landlord with proof of insurance per the terms of your Lease and to name 2050 Main Street Holdings, LLC,. c/o Greenlaw Management, Inc. as additional insured on such policy.
  • It is mandatory that the policy or certificate and an Additional insured Endorsement be received on or before the commencement date of the Lease and/or move-in date.
  • Further information is available in the Forms Section of this handbook.

Turn Over of Your Suite

  • Your suite / mailbox keys and access cards will be provided immediately after the construction walk-through of your tenant improvements, acceptance of your suite and receipt of the tenant’s proof of insurance.
  • As indicated in your Lease, a Commencement Date Memorandum will be prepared for execution prior to your move-in noting the Commencement Date and other pertinent terms of your Lease. We ask that you sign and return all copies of this agreement. A fully executed copy will be provided to you for your files.
