Building Hours
Building hours, as specified in your lease, are from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM on weekdays and from 8:00 AM to Noon on Saturdays, during which the building will be accessible. On Sundays and federally recognized holidays, the building will remain closed, necessitating a security access card for entry. Visitors must make arrangements for access after regular building hours, as the building and elevators will only permit entry using an access card.
Access Cards
The building's exterior doors remain open from 6:30 AM to 6:00 PM on weekdays and from 8:00 AM to Noon on Saturdays. After these times, the computerized building access system automatically locks the building. Additionally, the building will be secured during federally recognized holidays.
Upon moving in, access cards will be issued for building and after-hours elevator entry at no charge. Any subsequent new or replacement cards will incur a fee of $25. To request additional cards, kindly complete and return the Card Access Form, indicating the quantity required.
Outlined are guidelines for handling building access cards, including rules for issuance, transfers, and terminations:
Immediate notification is required if an employee leaves the company without returning the card.
Written notice is necessary for card transfers between employees to update information in the system.
Card modifications can be managed through the building’s work order system.
It is advised for tenants to maintain their record of employee names and card numbers.
The card access system operates on a proximity basis, requiring the card to be held near the reader for recognition. Elevator access is limited to the lobby and your suite floor.
Exiting the building does not necessitate a card; motion sensors will release the lobby doors upon approach. In the event of a system malfunction after hours, a push-button release allows for building exit. If any issues arise with your card, please contact the Management Office for assistance.
