  Key and Lock Policy

2050 Main Street operates on a master key system. Prior to your move-in, keys to your suite will be provided as arranged with our construction department. Throughout your tenancy, refrain from altering locks within your suite without prior communication with the Management Office. All lock additions or modifications must be coordinated to align with the current master key system, essential for fire department, cleaning access, and emergency entry.

For any additional suite or office keys needed during your tenancy, please get in touch with the Management Office. Please note that a minimum charge is applicable for each additional key.

It's crucial to understand that the Management staff is not authorized to unlock the suite or any locked area for tenants, both during business hours and after-hours. In cases where a key is forgotten or left at home, the Management team is unable to grant access to employees in your space, as access levels within your suite are not within management's purview for security reasons.
