Deliveries
Delivery hours to the building are strictly regulated, allowable only on weekends, holidays, and after 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
Shipments and deliveries should be coordinated to facilitate immediate transportation to the tenant’s suite. Please note that building management does not assume responsibility for unattended shipments.
It is crucial to understand that neither a member of the Management Staff nor Building Security will sign for a shipment. No exceptions will be made. In cases where contact with the consignee fails, shipments will be returned to the shipper.
