Flooding
In the event of a flood that poses a risk to tenant property or the building's regular operation, designated tenant representatives will be promptly contacted by Building Management personnel, irrespective of the time.
Our foremost priority is to prevent personal injury resulting from a flood. Following that, our focus shifts to identifying the cause and mitigating further flooding.
After containing the flooding, cleanup operations will be initiated. Tenants are advised to reach out to their insurance carrier for any property damage.
If you observe any water leakage within the building, please notify Building Management immediately.
